So this is actually happening… The picture you see below was taken about 3 weeks ago when I was recording the first two episodes of the Potential Leader Lab Podcast that will be available to listen to next week.

Not only is it a new endeavor but it is also the unveiling of the new brand as Relentless Leadership evolves into the Potential Leader Lab (and Podcast). I have been working on all of this for the last several months (with the assistance of an awesome team I will thank later in this post) and am very excited to be able to share it all with you soon.

There are really two main reasons that drove my decision to start a podcast. 1. I want to inspire you to connect with the potential leader (even if you have been leading for years…there is still untapped potential if you choose to realize it) you have deep inside and challenge you to pursue developing that leadership voice because the world needs to hear it. 2. I think there is something unique is hearing someone share ideas, insights, opinions, and the occasional rant in their own voice (instead of just reading it).

I believe I can transmit passion and energy much easier through this medium and I want you to hear what I am sharing in my voice because I will be louder (and far more positive) than that voice in your head. I hope you will give it a listen and let me know what you think. I have no idea if this experiment will be successful but I am committed to living my E3 Framework of Explore, Experiment, Evolve which is not aimed at “success”.

I am focused on learning and evolving so that I become the very best version of myself and, to paraphrase Parker Palmer, “…to be a good steward of the only gift I have. The gift I was put on earth to offer to others.” I could not have done this without the support and hard work of the following amazing and creative folks who are so very good at what they do and are able to help me bring my vision into the world to share…

I cannot thank them enough… – Brett Johnson 🎙 (Circle270Media Podcast Consultants) – Gina OnativiaMegan O’LearyRyan Magada (Brave Little Beast) – Adam Hayman (Brave Little Beast) Finally…thank you to the one person that has made this all possible. The angel on my shoulder combatting the devil in my head and the person that makes me a better human in the process…Lisa Shamhart Maughmer. She is an amazing woman…so wildly creative and supportive and I could absolutely not do any of this without her in my corner.

I hope to see you “in the lab” soon!
